I did local A/B testing with flink before and after
[https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/27535] . The regression is 10%. I used
flink version pre e9afe8b~1 and e9afe8b~2, they have similiar performance. With
e9afe8b, the performance regression is 10%. Full and detailed summary in
