Review Comment:
   So one callout. If the source system natively carries a timestamp on each 
record, extract it in the emitter and pass it to the output.collect(record, 
timestamp).
   Redis is in the same category, no?
   
   I did some research, and the <millis> part is the wall-clock time at which 
the entry was added to the stream.
   
   By calling output.collect(record) without a timestamp, the connector tells 
Flink "this record has no event time." Users who want event-time processing:
   Parse in the deserializer and then to the downstream operators. 
   
   Why not just extract the timestamp and do output.collect(record, ts)?
