REGEXP_EXTRACT, REGEXP_REPLACE, and REGEXP docs omit NULL handling,
invalid-regex behavior, and argument types. After the umbrella's plan-time
validation lands, literal regexes that fail to compile become
ValidationExceptions at planning time — this needs to be documented.
