Description:
Umbrella ticket tracking adoption of the JobInfo accessors added to the Source
API by FLIP-583

).
This umbrella tracks the follow-up work to actually consume that API in
connectors and runtime.
Each connector gets its own sub-task linked here. All adoption work depends on
FLIP-583 acceptance and the API merge (FLINK-39776).
