Review Comment:
   After more testing I decided not to add a custom coercer for type widening —
it would pull a lot of type-handling logic into what is a connector, not a
table-planner module.

   One example: with a `SMALLINT` key and an `INT` literal, `WHERE k = 5` makes
the planner wrap the key in `CAST(k AS INT)`. To push that down we'd have to
teach `SavepointKeyFilter` to unwrap such casts and handle the whole widening
matrix — too much for a best-effort optimization.

   Instead I rely on `literal.getValueAs(keyColumnType.getConversionClass())`:
push down when the literal is already representable as the key type.

   The burden of casting correctly does fall on the user — they should match
the literal type to the key type (e.g. `WHERE k = CAST(5 AS SMALLINT))` to get
pushdown — which I think is a reasonable trade-off for keeping this connector
simple.
