There is a redundant org.postgresql:postgresql dependency declared in
flink-connector-jdbc-backward-compatibility/pom.xml.
The dependency is declared twice:
- once using ${postgres.version} property
- once hardcoded as 42.7.3
Since ${postgres.version} is already defined as 42.7.3 in properties, these two
declarations are identical.
I propose removing the hardcoded duplicate declaration to keep the dependency
unique and consistent.
