The `compatibility` list adds `2.3.x` here, and
[apache/flink-agents#856](https://github.com/apache/flink-agents/pull/856)
makes Flink 2.3 the default distribution — but `binary_releases` above stops at
2.2, so there's no `Java Release for Flink 2.3 [jar]` entry. The RC staging
area and the Maven repo both include `flink-agents-dist-flink-2.3-0.3.1.jar`,
so the artifact exists to point at. Should a 2.3 block be added after the 2.2
one (mirroring the existing pattern), so the headline distribution shows up on
the downloads page?
