The OpenLineage-side counterpart of this PR — [OpenLineage/OpenLineage#4861](https://github.com/OpenLineage/OpenLineage/pull/4861) (Kinesis dataset visitors consuming the facets introduced here) — has been approved by the OpenLineage maintainer. This validates the dataset naming convention (`arn:{partition}:kinesis:{region}:{account}` / `stream/{streamName}`) and the facet contract on both sides of the integration.
