Thanks for the reminder. I have resolved the conflicts and updated
MemoryRef's Java API documentation from `Short-Term Memory` to `{@link
MemoryObject}` at
[7fc7cc8](https://github.com/apache/flink-agents/pull/950/commits/7fc7cc83b5a2ac9d2e61a3777089a7e72d1b29de).
Since this PR changes many files and is likely to conflict with other
branches, I think add user documentation in another PR is better. If there are
no other issues, I think this PR is ready to merge now.
