Since FLINK-40704, {{cron_snapshot_deployment_maven}} fails on every master
nightly before it deploys anything:

by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this
version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 55.0 ->

{code}
{{aosp.version}} now defaults to 1.28.0 and is only 1.24.0 in the
{{java11-target}} profile. The job runs on JDK 11, but
{{deploy_staging_jars.sh}} is called without {{$PROFILE}}, so it gets 1.28.0.
Locally on JDK 11, {{./mvnw spotless:check -pl flink-annotations}} fails the
same way and passes with {{-Pjava11-target}}.
Builds 79251, 79266, 79299, 79325, 79340 and 79371 failed this way; 79222 on
the commit before passed. The last 2.4-SNAPSHOT on repository.apache.org is
from 2026-09-18.
