URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/29325

   Backport of https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/29117 (9385e25e2da), which
went to master but not to this branch.

   `ProcessTableFunctionSemanticTests[process-updating-multi-input]` asserts
the sink's raw changelog for a two-input updating PTF join
(`UpdatingJoinFunction`). A two-input operator interleaves its two inputs
nondeterministically, so the emitted changelog is not fixed; the test pinned
one interleaving and failed intermittently in CI whenever the interleaving
differed. The final materialized (upsert) result is the same either way.

   Assert the materialized result instead via
`SinkTestStep#testMaterializedData()`, mirroring FLINK-39729 and the
multi-input join test programs. That method is already present on this branch
(from the FLINK-39729 backport), and the JIRA's affected-versions list already
includes 2.2.2, confirming the flakiness reproduces here too.

   The cherry-pick applies cleanly with no conflicts. Test-only change; no
production code is touched.
