## What is the purpose of the change
`put_yarn_logs_to_artifacts` maps `jobmanager.log.1` onto `jobmanager.log`,
so only one file of a rolled YARN container log reaches the CI artifacts. That
hid the cause of FLINK-40109.
## Brief change log
- Keep the full file name below the container directory in the artifact
path
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
I ran `put_yarn_logs_to_artifacts` on a fixture with `jobmanager.log`,
`jobmanager.log.1` and `jobmanager.log.2`: one of the three ends up in the
artifact on 746df693a1e, all three with this change.
