## What is the purpose of the change Same defect as FLINK-40052 (#4459, MySQL only) in flink-cdc-base: re-added snapshot splits do not roll back the assigner status, so the stream split is built while their finished offsets are missing and fails with an NPE. ## Brief change log - SnapshotSplitAssigner#addSplits rolls back *_FINISHED to the matching assigning status and clears checkpointIdToFinish. ## Verifying this change New SnapshotSplitAssignerTest covers both INITIAL_ASSIGNING_FINISHED and NEWLY_ADDED_ASSIGNING_SNAPSHOT_FINISHED; both fail on master (e.g. "expected: INITIAL_ASSIGNING but was: INITIAL_ASSIGNING_FINISHED") and pass with the change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
