MartijnVisser opened a new pull request, #29518:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/29518
## What is the purpose of the change
Builds the English and Chinese PyFlink docs from `flink-python/docs/uv.lock`
with the same options, so PR CI covers both.
## Brief change log
- `lint-python.sh` syncs a docs venv from `docs/uv.lock` on Python 3.13
and runs `make html-zh` with `-W`; `docs.sh` no longer builds the Chinese docs
separately
- Drop the `sphinx` dependency group from `flink-python/pyproject.toml`
- Give the Chinese pages their own canonical URL
- Hotfix: fix the mobile language switcher and its light/dark side effect,
wrap long page titles, remove the broken `pyflink.js` and the unused
`switcher.json` and CSS
## Verifying this change
Ran `flink-python/dev/lint-python.sh -i sphinx` from a clean `dev/`, as CI
does. The output matches master, except that the Chinese module index now lists
the same modules as the English one. Editing `docs/pyproject.toml` without
relocking fails the check. Checked the language switcher on desktop and mobile.
The sphinx check takes 120s locally, against 54s for English only before.
