## What is the purpose of the change
FLINK-40046 (#28602) raised the metric chart height from 150 to 180. At 180
the metric cards no longer fit the vertex drawer on the job overview: the
Chart/Numeric toggle ends up under the resize handle and the drawer gets a
scrollbar. This restores 150, which renders fine with g2 5.

- Set the `JobChartComponent` chart height back to 150
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
`npm run lint`, the web-dashboard specs and `npm run build` pass. Manually
verified against a local cluster that the metric cards fit the drawer again and
the charts render correctly.
