### Purpose of change
Make source links and clone commands follow the docs branch. Six pages
hard-code 17 GitHub links to `blob/main`, so release docs keep pointing at main
and break when files there move; they now use `gh_link`, which follows `Branch`
in `config.toml`. The `git clone` commands in Setup and the Quickstart overview
now pass `--branch {{< branch >}}`.
Extend Setup's Apple Silicon warning and its From Source cross-reference,
which named only Python 3.12, to every supported Python version: the
`apache-beam` releases that `apache-flink` 1.20.0 through 2.3.0 accept have no
macOS arm64 wheels on PyPI.
### Tests
Built with Hugo 0.110.0 and checked internal links including fragment
targets, plus the rendered GitHub source targets against a build of main. The
clone commands render with `--branch main`.
Checked the PyPI wheel metadata for the `apache-beam` versions those
`apache-flink` releases accept. On macOS arm64 with Python 3.11.15, `pip
install apache-flink==2.3.0` failed with the `pkg_resources` error while
building `apache-beam` 2.61.0 until I applied the warning's `setuptools<82`
constraint.
