Thanks for investigating this! It looks like upgrading `io.github.bonede:tree-sitter` from `0.25.3` to `0.26.6` could address the root cause without introducing a dedicated initialization thread. Version `0.26.6` includes [[bonede/tree-sitter-ng#133](https://github.com/bonede/tree-sitter-ng/pull/133)](https://github.com/bonede/tree-sitter-ng/pull/133), which replaces the shared-file extraction and `FileChannel.lock()` logic with temporary-file extraction. This removes the file-lock operation responsible for the `FileLockInterruptionException` reported here. I tested the published `0.26.6` JAR with our existing `tree-sitter-bash:0.23.3` on Java 11 in fresh JVMs. Initialization succeeded both with an already-interrupted caller and with repeated interrupts during native loading. The interrupt flag was preserved, and subsequent Bash parsing also succeeded. Could we consider upgrading the dependency as the production fix? We would still need to run the Bash tests across the supported JDK versions to verify compatibility. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
