Regarding the processing-time window issue, I noticed this earlier and explored possible fixes. The example is intended to demonstrate unbounded stream processing, with a finite file used only to simulate the input. The approaches I considered added complexity that could make the core example harder to understand, so I chose to keep the existing window behavior and treat this as an example limitation.
