## What is the purpose of this pull request? `tcort/github-action-markdown-link-check` is no longer allowed by the Apache Infra actions policy, so the `Build documentation` workflow fails with `startup_failure` for docs PRs targeting release-3.7 (e.g. run 39735468707). It has already been removed from master in #4589. This PR removes it from release-3.7 as well. Similar to #4592 for release-3.6. Unlike release-3.6, release-3.7 already contains the local `.github/actions/rsync-deployments` action, so no backport of #4385 is needed. ## Brief change log - Remove the `Check dead links` steps that use `tcort/github-action-markdown-link-check` from `build_docs.yml`. --- ## Verifying this change This change is a trivial CI fix without any test coverage.
