Bump the Cassandra connector to build and test against Flink 1.20, which is the
only version the upcoming 3.3.0 release will target.
- Raise `flink.version` to 1.20.0, the lowest version we support.
- Switch the source ITCase to
`org.apache.flink.core.execution.CheckpointingMode`, which the 1.20
`SourceTestSuiteBase` now takes in its test method signatures.
- Test 1.20.5 in the PR CI, and only 1.20-SNAPSHOT in the weekly CI.
This supersedes https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-cassandra/pull/29,
which was opened under FLINK-34468 by mistake.
