@twalthr Verbose output only changes for chains built in the client. Through the gateway the `RestClientException` stays the root, so I've corrected the description and the commit. In `table.q` the computed column is validated in `MergeTableLikeUtil`, so it never passes `FlinkPlannerImpl.validate()`, which adds `SQL validation failed.`.
