FLINK-37288 (Spanner dialect, merged in
https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-jdbc/pull/156) added {{setArray}} and
{{createArrayOf}} to {{FieldNamedPreparedStatement}}, so writing ARRAY values
is now possible on the core side. I plan to implement ARRAY write support for
the PostgreSQL dialect based on the Spanner implementation.
{{PostgresDialectConverter}} would create the JDBC array with {{createArrayOf}}
using the PostgreSQL element type name, and NULL arrays would be handled by the
parent's nullable converter. I'll add sink ITCases that cover NULL arrays, NULL
elements and the supported element types.
