## What is the purpose of this pull request? Moves the Postgres, SQL Server and Db2 source tests to maintained database images. Jira: [FLINK-41369](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-41369). - The source `PostgresE2eITCase` still ran on `debezium/postgres:9.6`, which is end-of-life. FLINK-37696 moved the other Postgres tests to `postgres:14`. - Both Db2 test Dockerfiles built on `ibmcom/db2:11.5.0.0a`, pushed in 2019 to a Docker Hub repository IBM no longer updates. - SQL Server was tested only on 2019. ## Brief change log One commit per database, so each can be reviewed on its own: - **Postgres:** the source `PostgresE2eITCase` uses `postgres:14`. The official image defaults to `wal_level=replica` and has no `decoderbufs` plugin, so the test sets `wal_level=logical` and `'decoding.plugin.name' = 'pgoutput'`, as `PostgresTestBase` does since FLINK-37696. - **Db2:** both Dockerfiles (connector and source e2e) build on `icr.io/db2_community/db2:11.5.9.0`, where IBM now publishes Db2 Community Edition. It stays on the 11.5 line the docs list. - **SQL Server:** `mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server:2025-latest` in `SqlServerTestBase`, `SqlServerSourceTestBase`, the source and pipeline `SqlServerE2eITCase`, and both `container-license-acceptance.txt` files. - **Docs** (`flink-sources/overview.md`, en and zh): list SQL Server 2025, and fix the PostgreSQL JDBC driver version (42.5.1 → 42.7.3, the version the connector ships). Not in this PR: - **Oracle** (`goodboy008/oracle-19.3.0-ee`): maintained Oracle images are CDB-only, so moving needs separate test and connector work. - **SQL Server tutorials:** they keep `2019-latest`. SQL Server 2019 is no longer tested. If you'd rather keep it, I can run the SQL Server tests on both 2019 and 2025. --- ## Verifying this change This change updates existing tests and adds none. CI on the fork, Flink 1.20.3 and 2.2.0: [all jobs pass](https://github.com/spuru9/flink-cdc/actions/runs/42212911556).
