Try to run in flink folder (I ran it onto ubuntu 16.04)
```bash
export JAVA_HOME=/path/to/java-7-oracle/jre
mvn -B -Dhadoop.version=2.3.0 \
test -Dtest=org.apache.flink.addons.hbase.example.HBaseTableSourceITCase \
-DfailIfNoTests=false
```
