Hung Chang commented on FLINK-1017:
-----------------------------------
Many thanks for your feedback.
Are there two possibilities?
1 Adding the description at the end of Transformation Section
It means the description will be just after the subsection "Project"?
Title would be "Parallelism" ?
http://flink.incubator.apache.org/docs/0.6-SNAPSHOT/java_api_guide.html#transformations
2 Parallel Execution Section
I haven't tried system level yet. It looks like the parallel instances run in
task manager.
http://flink.incubator.apache.org/docs/0.6-SNAPSHOT/config.html#jobmanager-&-taskmanager
So in this way shall I rephrase the description above?
However, is the System-level seems relatively unrelated to "JAVA programming
guide"?
>From this point of view I prefer the first plan. What's your opinion?
> Add setParallelism() to Java API documentation

> The Java API offers {{setParallelism()}} to control the degree of parallelism
> for each operator. This feature is not documented and should be added.
