[FLINK-1107] Hadoop Compatibility Layer documented
This PR contains the Hadoop Compatibility Layer documentation and some
small typo fixes.
Maybe it would make sense to introduce a special "Add-ons" top-level
section instead of putting it under "Programming Guides"?
