    I had a look at the outdated API. It seems that ``Result`` does no longer 
implement the Hadoop Writable interface. Instead, they do their serialization 
with ProtoBuf... I haven't figured out, how they tell Hadoop how to serialize 
Result objects.
    
    Can you post the complete Stack trace of the ``NoSuchMethodException``?
