Currently Apache Flume cannot be built on ARM64 CPU architecture because of
some old versions of dependencies and Maven plugins, in particular:
* Zookeeper
* Curator
* HBase
* Kudu
* Netty
* Kite
* Maven Spotbugs plugin
There is no kudu-binary.jar for Linux aarch64, so the build of kudu-sink should
be excluded on ARM64 (both Linux and Mac M1).
