I had included a custom settings.xml file in Flume that allowed all these http
repos. Unfortunately, when I went to release that didn't work as it overrode my
personal settings.xml which had my credentials to deploy to the ASF Nexus. So I
removed it. I guess since I already had the artifacts locally it continued to
work.
