I modified the flume-ng-node/src/test/resources/flume-conf.properties file and
added Chinese configuration. When I run org. apache. flume. node When
org.apache.flume.node.TestPropertiesFileConfigurationProvider#testPropertyRead
method is used, the configuration read appears Chinese garbled code. This
garbled code does not exist before Flume1.10.
