The current Kafka Source Sink and Channel are based on the 2.7.2 kafka client
libraries which don't include features such as idempotent producer,
transactions and SASL/SCRAM based authentication. These should be upgraded to
3.3.x which is backwards compatible with all versions since 0.10.1.
