Description:
when i mvn test with trunk , TestTwitterSource.testCarrotDateFormatBug will
fail.
error info is like this.

since my mac's locale is zh_CN.UTF-8 ，so default local is not work
I think i can fix the issue to specify
new SimpleDateFormat to
new SimpleDateFormat("EEE MMM dd HH:mm:ss Z yyyy", Locale.ENGLISH);
