I do not understand why you cannot view the page. AFAIK it isn't restricted.
When I click on the link it opens right up. I should have added the Jira ticket
number to the commit but it slipped my mind. Note that the web site is not
"released" so it does not have the same requirements as things in other repos.
But it is always nice to have the commit linked in the Jira issue.
Note for the future. You can create PRs for the web site in the GitHub repo.

However, that is missing a small bit of information. The developers and users
guides are generated into the content directory, but there are no links on the
web site to that location. Those two documents have to be copied to a
releases/content directory after they are generated to be linked.
