### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/fluss/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Description Upgrade Dockerfile base image from `eclipse-temurin:17-jre-jammy` to `eclipse-temurin:17-jre-noble`. The number of CVEs are fewer in the noble (ubuntu 24.04) version. It is also one of Long-Term Support (LTS) versions. The CVE difference from DockerHub: - [Jammy](https://hub.docker.com/layers/library/eclipse-temurin/17-jre-jammy): 8 (medium), 24 (low) - [Noble](https://hub.docker.com/layers/library/eclipse-temurin/17-jre-noble): 7 (medium), 18 (low) Internally we also run security scan using [Trivy](https://trivy.dev/): - Jammy (ubuntu22.04): 79 - Noble (ubuntu24.04): 62 In general less CVEs would help with adoption in long term. ### Willingness to contribute - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
