Here is a screenshot of this enhancement in action. The main spike, in the
beginning, is a test to set up some load on the host to see if it was suspect
for steal time. Then I let the host idle for a period of time.
The recording in vsd mirrors what would be seen in the traditional linux
toolset vmstat and top.
