Description:
As a client developer, I want to be able to create PDX objects without having a
cache instantiated. Toward that end, the code for dealing with the PDX
serialization format ought to be in its own module, geode-pdx.
This will make it clearer where the serialization code lives, improve
modularity, and make future refactors easier.
