Fix Version/s: 1.6.0
The repo contains BUILDING.md, which is the most agile way to keep the build
processes up-to-date and in front of the user's eyes. A corresponding user
guide chapter would be redundant and add maintenance overhead.
I have verified that BUILDING.md is up-to-date with the current project status.
