Description: ExecutorServiceRule currently defaults to creating a fixed
ThreadPoolExecutor of size 1. Creating unlimited ThreadPoolExecutor is a better
default. (was: ExecutorServiceRule currently defaults to creating a
newFixedThreadPool of size 1. Creating a newCachedThreadPool is a better
default.)
