Summary: Increase repetions of StressNewTest job

The current stress new test job is only running each test 50 times. Looking at
the history of PRs, this job rarely takes more than ten minutes. 50 times was
chosen as a worst case number to make sure the job finished in an hour, but it
would be better if we hammered the tests harder.
We can probably up the number of repetitions to at least 200 or so.
