Summary: Allow Geode to participate in composite builds

As a developer of both Geode and a developer of a third-party tools consuming
Geode, I would like to be able to test changes of the consuming library against
a local build of Geode rather a specific, published version.
While Gradle Composite Builds have a mixed reputation, Geode's own build should
do what it can to mitigate difficulties surrounding composite building.
