This method is a simple pass-through to
TcrConnection::sendRequestForChunkedResponse, and uses nothing known only to
the TcrConnection-derived class. It is completely extraneous, and should be
eliminated in order to, among other things, declutter callstacks so we can more
easily determine control flow in the code.
