Description:

1) Let's be consistent with names of source distribution and extensions (add
-src to examples, use .tgz consistently for all artifacts)
2) NOTICE file copyright date needs to be updated for -native,
-benchmark, -examples...they still say 2018!
The "rc" pipelineline could also check some of these, e.g.
Check file sizes are “reasonable”
Check the gfsh version --full reports correct SHA
Check the gfsh version --full does not contain the string Oracle
check that LICENSE and NOTICE file appear in each top-level dir
Check copyright year

3) Some of the version numbers in LICENSE need to updated to match,
also need to add asm-5.0.4.jar (a new transitive output from Spring
5...intentional??)
