Not sure if we want to add the `SelectExecutor` in this PR, since
there's another PR that adds it. If we do add it in this PR, we need to remove
`SELECT` from the list of unimplemented commands and add it to the list of
unsupported commands in `SupportedCommandsJUnitTest`.
