The xml config files used by the clicache tests are using the old url for
schemaLocation as below:
http://geode.apache.org/schema/cache/cpp-cache-1.0.xsd" (incorrect)
http://geode.apache.org/schema/cpp-cache/cpp-cache-1.0.xsd" (correct)
