GEODE-8904: Redis - hexists tests (#5988)
* GEODE-8904: support HEXISTS command
- add unit/integration tests for HEXISTS command
- add a helper method for tests of exact number of parameters
- add dunit concurrency test
- run the dunit tests in lock step to better test concurrency
