Summary: geode-for-redis stats expose unbranded names

The stats for geode-for-redis when seen in an external tool (like vsd) are
named "redisStats". They should instead be "geodeForRedisStats". Also the type
name is very non-standard and too wordy "statsForServergeodeForRedis". It
should just be "GeodeForRedisStats".
The description also has some old terminology "Statistics for a Geode server
compatible with Redis".
