Summary: Update LICENSE and notice for confluent connector

The geode-confluent-connector is bundling geode-core and it's third party
dependencies in the binary distribution. The LICENSE and NOTICE for the binary
distribution need to reflect this and include information related to third
party licenses. See the geode-core LICENSE and NOTICE files for example -
[https://github.com/apache/geode/tree/develop/geode-assembly/src/main/dist.]
Perhaps we can just copy these in the geode-confluent-connectors LICENSE and
NOTICE?
