PMC's have been instructed to:
1) Remove all use of google analytics
2) Link to the ASF privacy notice:
[https://privacy.apache.org/policies/privacy-policy-public.html]
AFAICT, geode.apache.org does not use google analytics. We just need to add
another footer item for the privacy notice.
