Branch feature/GEODE-77 has been created for this work. The initial push on
this branch removed jgroups source and introduced a smaller jgroups stack using
a downloaded jar. It has initial implementations of Services, ServiceConfig,
Manager, JoinLeave, Locator and Messenger. You can start and stop locators and
servers with gfsh but there is no HA or authentication. Other things like
network-partition-detection and multicast support also still need to be
implemented.
I will be creating stories/tasks for the remaining work.
