On the TXHost, at commit time, we first apply all the tx changes to the cache
and then proceed to fire callbacks (listeners, CQ, wan etc). On the remote
members however, the callbacks are fired inline (i.e. while the entries are
being applied to the cache). This leads to the callbacks only seeing partial
transaction being applied.
